Purling and Peace
Oh, pretty pretty yarn. I buy you when I really need to be making more reasonable purchases. But the new yarn store I visited has lots and lots of pretty yarn and cool needles and bags and everything else.
Also, I continually find this amusing: I arranged a bunch of books on a big shelf, and couldn't resist putting my SGA DVDs next to War and Peace. Makes me giggle a bit every time I glance over and see them all there.

New Regarding the yarn store!
(Anonymous) 2007-08-27 04:19 pm (UTC)(link)My name is Mandy and i work for Direction Press. Part of my job
is to search blogs to find new yarn shops & needlepoint shops.
That is because we have a website, ShopYarn.com where we keep an
up-to-date list of yarn & needlepoint shops in the US. We also
publish the Knitters' Needlepointers' Crocheters' Weavers' &
Spinners' Travel Guide book.
I am contacting you because you mentioned a new yarn shop that opened near your town. I was trying to find more information about the
store, unfortunately i am having no luck. So, i was wondering if you
could please provide me with any information regarding that store.
Thank you for your time and all your help.
Sincerely,
Mandy

Re: New Regarding the yarn store!
The yarn store I visited is actually listed on the shopyarn website--I was being somewhat purposeful by withholding the precise location details, but rest assured that you have the store listed.
