Fic Index! Whoo! Eventually maybe I'll put all of these on AO3, but in the meantime here they are.

Note on warnings: I'm following the AO3 standard here, so if there's no warning, that means: no graphic depictions of violence, no major character death, no rape/non-con, no underage. If you notice something in one of my stories that should be warned for, please please let me know. I don't promise unconditionally to add a warning, but I do want to know if there's something triggering that I didn't catch.

Find the list here... )

Transform away! If you would like to do anything transformative with any of these, please feel free! I would consider it a huge compliment. Just let me know so I can check it out!

Recs etc! AND, if you want to read stuff that isn't mine, but that I have enjoyed, check out my pinboard FAR FAR more multi-fandom than my writing, though I've tried to organize at least fandoms and pairings with clear tags.

So, Flashpoint, Season 2, Episode 10.

Spoilers... )

I should probably post about something else, huh?

Ok, well, I wrote a story for SGA Secret Santa!

Winter Spelled Backwards
3260 words
No warnings
Summary: Beware the ice!
Notes: I found this strangely difficult to write, for all that it's fluff with a little gentle hurt/comfort thrown in. Well, actually, since I was trying to have hurt/comfort + plot, and didn't really achieve that...yeah.

Two posts in one day, unheard of!

So, nearly a year ago I wrote this somewhat bizarre story for sga_secretsanta. The story was for [info]kisahawklin, who, in addition to many other amazing things, wrote this incredible story called "Variations on a Theme of John Sheppard." I won't go into details (and if you haven't read it, what are you doing here?  Go!  Read!), but there are lots and lots of AUs, basically. So, I thought, "Oh, an AU would be fun."  And I was rereading A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle for the first time since high school or something, and it seemed like a brilliant idea.

Why not?  (Oh, maybe because your recipient has never read A Wrinkle in Time?  *pats self on the back*)

But anyways, having signed up for this year's SGA Secret Santa, and having finally finally finally responded to the wonderful people who took a minute to comment on my weird little story, I thought I'd post the link to it here.

Fic: The Shortest Distance between Two Points (McKay/Sheppard, R)
Pairing: John/Rodney
Rating: R
Warnings: References imprisonment, but pretty minor.

His body never forgets how it felt to be lifted into the sky on wings, made of feathers and bone and former-stars.
